Arcs and halos created by the moonlight. Arcs and halos are caused by oriented ice crystals or diamond dust in the atmosphere. It is rare to have enough moon light to illuminate the crystals. Here is a 22 deg halo, part of a full sky halo or parhelic circle, and an upper and lower tangent arc. Also visible are auroras across the lower right sky.
