South of Minneapolis, about .5 miles off of highway 169
I set out before dawn in order to capture some wildflower photos during sunrise, I knew the perfect spot where sunrays would burst through the trees. As I was adjusting my tripod the unexpected happened, three deer came bounding by right in front of my lens. For a moment I forgot about everything and I was in awe of the moment as the deer shot through the brilliant rays. Luckily, the lone buck paused long enough for me to capture a single frame.
