Description

Morning light filtered by breaks through low- lying fog provided a soft palette for an intimate portrait within the outer beauty of this ripening bloom. I had been working on a focusing rail with other images in the area when the rising breeze began to build a subtle dance at the margins of my focus. I removed the camera from the focusing rail and on the ground began shooting handheld as the fluttering petals revealed moments of secrets held within.
