I visited the smoky mountain shortly after my visit to Savannah, GA. Stopping at this little farm area at the same time the rain was pouring and it was difficult to attain a image. Still, that didn't stop me. I took off my over shirt and exited my car with a tank top. Walking in the pouring rain with my camera wrapped tightly in a shirt I managed to capture this image. My camera was in the ambient lighting for black and white.
I am 18 years old, photography is my passion and will one day be my life. I will show the world the beauty to be captured in every location be it from a broken down house all the way to the seven wonders of the world.
There is a little rest area before you beginning the road New Found Gap. At this little area there is a farm one of the original that has been there from when the Smoky Mountains were originally inhabited. This little farm is old and falling apart, but if held in the right light and with the right awe, it holds beauty.
