I visited Portland for a friends bachelor party and spent the weekend visiting brewery after brewery after brewery. Luckily I managed to get the group to take a break from all the beer and we took a 40-minute drive over to Multnomah Falls. It was cloudy when we arrived and rain came and went sporadically. The cloudy skies made perfect even lighting even though I was visiting the falls in the middle of the day. Although the waterfalls themselves are spectacular, it's the bridge halfway up that really makes Multnomah a unique place to visit. It just adds so much depth to the scene. I waited as people moved across the bridge, fired off 10-shots, and picked out pieces of each to remove the people from the photo, giving the appearance of an empty location.
