Notes

This is a long shot requiring big glass and a teleconverter, most photos don't turn out. Because of heat waves you have to shoot on cold mornings. Shooting a nest you need to maximize depth of field as much as possible, because of multiple eagles, so I shot at F/9 and although sunny I was shooting with ISO 1250, this increased DOF from inches to a few feet.

Description

After many years I finally found an eagles nest I could shoot down into, life is good.
