African Air – George Steinmetz

Posted By Jay Goodrich

I watched this for the first time last night and had to share it here. It is well worth spending the 8 minutes to watch in its entirety.

Flying in a motorized paraglider over one of the most diverse continents in the world, George Steinmetz captures in his photographs the stunning beauty, potential and hope of Africa’s landscapes and people. See the project at http://mediastorm.com/publication/african-air

Thanks for posting this Jay. That us pretty phenomenal. Makes me want to get a paramotor and a paraglider and shoot from above!

  2. Jay Goodrich Says:

No worries Michael. I feel the same way. Regardless of how many people shoot aerial it is still so amazing seeing locations from that perspective. It was the whole reason why I originally became a pilot.
