Error with my magazine subscription

I am a subscriber, but a few months ago when I first subscribed I received two copies of the first issue and two invoices. I paid one and shredded the other, knowing that the erroneous 2nd subscription would be cancelled if it wasn't paid - per the trial issue subscription.

Sure enough, I began only receiving one magazine each month, as I wanted and paid for. It appeared everything was fine.

Then a few days ago, I got a nasty letter from a debt collections agency saying that I owed the $14.97 (or whatever the amount was). I wrote an explanation on the letter and sent it back to them. I tried to find contact info here at OP to let the customer/subscriber service people know abou it, but I couldn't find any way to contact them.

I need an email address for customer service at OP to make sure they call off the dogs in trying to chase down this "unpaid debt" for a duplicate trial subscription that was sent to me in error.

Can any of you moderators help?

You need to contact customer service, link on the main page. This forum is not related to the print edition.
