Test Uploads - Keeping Fingers Crossed

Postby Tom B. » Sun Mar 16, 2008 9:17 am

Okay, let's see if this works...This is a test of my new found abilities to upload in a manner very foreign to me...This is only a test...I hope something other than my words come through...

Thanks!

Tom,

First, Welcome to the Forum.

The format for posting your pics is:
to finish.

If you can't figure it out, post the link and someone will help you through it.

It has been over 100 years since the Cubs have been to a World Series...I hope to upload at least ONE picture before they get there again!

Tom,

I tried copying your link and pasting it directly into my brower and it takes me to AOL's Login screen. I don't use AOL (because I think they suck), so I'm not familiar with their restrictions. Do you have a way to mark your pics to show that they are open for public viewing? That's how many of the image sites allow you to keep your pics private or public.

Your last post should have displayed the pic since you have everything coded properly. I think it has to be something concerning AOL's restrictions.

Tom, have you tried going to "photobucket" and using them to upload? I've used them successfully, when I hadn't a clue as to how to do it.

You're welcome, Tom. I'm looking forward to seeing your pics.

BTW, I'm not sure which side of Northern Indiana you live on, but I lived in the South Bend area for a little while. So glad that I no longer live there! They carry the snow thing to a whole 'nother level.
