Did a little palying around with a photo I took last winter. Wont be long before were seeing them like this again.

Cool frame effect. I'd ask how you did it, but I wouldn't understand it for the life of me.

Glad you like it oTTer. Actually its a three step process that involves two editing programs, I'm not sure I could explain it either. :lol:
I was going for a looking through a frosted window thing. Playing with the programs is a great way to spend a rainy day I think.
