I'd like some feed back on this picture, it was taken with my Nikon3100 using a 70-300mm tele lens with an ISO of 3200.

What were your aperture and shutter speed settings? If this was shot during the daytime, which it appears to be, you rarely need a high ISO setting.
High ISO settings are normally reserved for low light usage since they add noise to the image. There are a number of software programs that reduce noise, but I think it's better to not have to deal with the problem unless that's the only way to get the shot.
