Hello everyone

As a new member of this site i just wanted to ping my website http://www.johnnylawlor.com. I have recently updated it with pictures from SE Asia, Baltics and Balkans. It is a perpetual work in progress and although i am quite clear of my own aims, i am eager to share it and gather opinions.

If i were to pre-empt some possible criticisms-
*It has been suggested that the text / background colours do not look professional. I'm not sure about the aesthetics which govern the 'professional' convention, and i seem to be one of the few who actually like my colour choices!
*Galleries are too large thereby lessening impact. Yep, i reluctantly agree.
*Use of html frames is old hat design. Perhaps, but for my limited web design knowledge this is the only way to maintain the current design. Suggestions welcome.

So if i havent shot myself in the foot already i look forward to some suggestions / opinions / critiques etc.

J
