Commercial photography in Prague

Though I'm an amateur photographer, I was recently approached about using one of my photos for commercial purposes (in a book as a background image). While I'm familiar with US laws, I'm unsure of foreign laws and in particular Prague where the photo was taken.

The photo was of a pedestrian plaza (Na Kampe from Charles Bridge) at dusk with no people in the shot.

Just wanted to make sure I respect local laws (and can't find details easily online).
