Books on Digital Photography

Postby jk » Tue Apr 15, 2008 2:00 pm

I am looking for a really good basic book about digital photography. One that has good simple explanations for depth of field, ISO, shutter speeds etc. I would like a book with lots of examples that show the differences when any of the above is used. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

You can pick up any book by John Shaw... they are not specific to digital... but what you mentioned is covered. I learned more from reading his books than I did in several attempts of trial and error.

Best book in my mind is Digital Photography Book by Scott Kelby!

Here is a link http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/032147 ... d_i=507846

Enexpensive and I still read through it once a week just as a refresher

Good luck
