Quality Printing Services or Labs

I am looking to print one of my photos for my wife. I have an Epson stylus 1400 that will print up to 11x17, but I was wanting something like 16x20. It was shot in 10.1 m.p. raw. If any one has suggestions for a place that does quality and timely work, it would be greatly appreciated.

I've had Wolf camera print some enlarged images for me and they were fairly reasonable. I had one printed that I believe was around 20 x 30 and the cost was less than $50. BTW, they didn't want to print the image that large since I took it with a 30D and it only shoots 8mp files, but it turned out great.
