I don't know of any that have IS. Macro shooting is normally done in manual mode since you're so close to everything that a camera can't tell what it should focus on. Macro's also normally require some means of support - tripod, monopod, shoulder/chest support, etc. When using tripods, most IS lenses shut down the IS.
I use a Sigma 150mm macro, but the Canon 100mm macro is a terrific lens too. If you really want to get into it, you need to check out Dalantech's setup. He's the resident macro master. Take at look at the unbelievable macros he has posted in Wildlife Rap. I'm sure he'll be able to point you in the right direction.
