There is a small red dot that appears on all of my shots. I am not sure what might be causing this? I cleaned everything, the lens and the interior mirror. Maybe a defect? if so, in what? How much does this cost to repair?

Probably dirt on the sensor. You didn't say which camera you have, but there are lots of directions on the internet to help you with your particular make and model.

I'm going to assume either there's a dot on one of the mirrors in your camera, or you might have a dead pixel that gets written onto all of your photos. It could also be in the lens, don't forget that.
