question about an old fujica camera

Hello, I came across an old fujica AX-3 camera in good shape and was wondering if this camera is any good? or if it has any resale value? Also I have a x-fujinar Z lense, 1:3.8 f=80-200mm and was wondering if it is any good? or if it has any resale value. Any information about these items would be great. And if they do have resale value advice on where to sale them would be great. Thanks
