Exposure/light meters

Does anyone use exposure/light meters in addition to the meter built in to your digital camera? If so, which ones and comments?

I do use a light meter, but generally only for indoor shoots, products or more traditional portraiture.

I have a Sekonic L-508, I got it used through ebay. I've also worked with their 358 model, it seems to be pretty solid. I got the L508 for the spot meter option, but I don't use that part of it as much as I thought I might.
