Article submission

I checked out the submission page on OP's web site and according to the page I have to send images to the magazine before they will consider an article for publication. Fair enough, but there's no address listed on the submission page...

So I figured I'd send an email to the editor but I got an error message:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 editor@outdoorphotographer.com unknown user account (state 14).

I wonder if the editor has been getting any email lately?

So, how do I submit an article on taking macro photos of active insects like these?:

Any ideas folks? I don't mind getting turned down, but I have to be able to submit the article first...
