here i would say the kenko's are better. but be advised a 2x may not work with this lens. the nikon af system needs a f5.6 or faster to properly operate. putting a 2x on it will make it a 600 f11 or so. the lens will hunt and may never get focus lock. also you will have a degradation of image quality with a 2x.
a better solution would be the tokina 80-400 f4.5-5.6. this is the lightest of the 80-400's the cost at b&h is $650 and it weights 2.2 pounds versus the 4+ pounds of the other lenses.
a 1.4x might work better than a 2x, you lose 1 stop of light vs 2 with the 2x
