Thanks everyone for your welcome and kind comments.
oTTer: I don't normally talk much about my cameras because they're only tools at the end of the day.
For reference I have almost stopped using film although I still have medium and large format cameras packed away somewhere.
I tend to pack a Canon 5D with marque 17-40, 70- 200 and a 2x Extender for my serious stuff and a G10 in my pocket as a visual diary.
I consider a tripod my most important accessory and Wellington boots a close second.
My darkroom is now almost hidden under wires and computer equipment these days.
Edd: Nice to see I'm not the only Limey around here, glad you liked the website by the way.
Pokie: I don't know why it took me so long to go and shoot Roche Rock, it's a great little location.
The engine house is in Cornwall at a place called Botallack Head, another good location and always a stop over when I'm in the area.
Pat: I've never been accused of being a shrinking violet, I tend to think there's no point in doing things half heartedly.
Mitchell: The only tip I can give you is keep chucking light at the sensor and eventually you'll find it just seems to happen.
