Failure to honor O'Reily sweepstakes

Hello. Back in Feb of this year I received notice that I was a winner in the O'Reily sweepstakes. About one month latter an email from Becky Owen, the media coordinator of Werner Publishing , producers of this and many other photo mags, arrived apologizing for the delay in shipping out the prize (a book) due to problems at O'Reily publishing and promising the book would be arriving shortly. Well as of today no book and absolutely no further communication. Both myself and about 6 other winners (as indicated from the Win This posts in April and May have not received the prize. Emails Ive sent inquiring as to why this prize wasnt honored go unanswered by Ms Owens. An email to the editor also resulted in no response.
For an otherwise excellent magazine , this is a very poor performance. If Werner publishing promotes a contest or sweepstakes it is obligated to actually see that the prizes are distributed. There is also no excuse for not responding to both my emails as well as those of the other "winners" who all have a right and certainily deserve the common curtesy of a response to this very poor showing.
If the moderator views this post, I would appreciate your passing it to someone in this organization who has the authority to make this right for both myself and the other diappointed winners.
Its only a book, not worth that much, but I happen to believe that even a big company such as Werner should have a standard of ethicss that it follows. Thus far this hasnt been the case.
