More Umpires :D

Postby Photography~girl~ » Tue Jul 21, 2009 5:33 pm

So we saw more umps last Thurs - those pics turned out okay. I couldn't get the best angles, buuuuuut. :D They wondered if we wanted to go see their game on Sunday - we said yes and one of the guys was able to get me a press pass. :D (that smile doesn't even cut it.) I was soooo happy. i could go practically anywhere(sides like the dugout. which makes sense)
anywayyy. got some amazing photos of them. :D
tell me what you think!

Not very action-y i know. but they asked me to shoot them when they walked onto the field...i thought it turned out kinda cool.(even though my WB was off. ARG. *sigh*)

Well done AK, like the images.

The first one I think is the best, the sort of image you expect to see in a magazine article or a poster ad.

If you want to edit any of my images to demonstrate points/techniques to either myself or others please feel free to do so.
Still learning with Canon 40D, 28-135mm, 100-400mm L and Elements 6.
Any Advice greatfully received.

Thanks!
the 70-200 f2.8 L lens i think. not 100%. They have a few L lenses, and since its still about a month away, i'm not sure which one they're going to let me barrow.
