heres one from my sunday drive around the lake. wanted to play around with my wide lens, a nikon 14mm 2.8. let me know if you like it.

looks sharp to me! Those wide lenses really have great DoF too. a composition critique, I would like to see the rest of the birdhouse, it's distracting that I can't see it all.

Thanks Erik, you know that is the same issue that I was not shore whitch way was best. Below is another shot with the brid house in full view, but as you can see theres a mowed walk path to the left and I thought that might be a distraction also. what do you think? It will probably be a reshoot next time Im there. Input anyone?

would've been nice if the box was turned a bit for composition and lighting. Sucks when the real world doesn't cooperate. Looks like the lens will do good for you.
