Nice shot! I like how your eye goes up the bank to the bright red tree contrasted against the dark green evergreen. That's a your center of interest. I like how it's not quite centered, and how it's reflected in the water for balance and tension. The mist gives the whole picture a cold-weather guaze. I like it!
