SDHC cards

I can't find anywhere that says if those particular types of cards are compatible with my pentaxes. I have nothing else they'd work in, if I were to get one and then not need it. Are there some sort of guidelines for SDHC cards?

I just saw this thread, being a newbie and all. SD cards are mostly 2 gigs or below, except for some special older ones that were 4 gig. If any of your electronics were designed and produced more than a year and a half ago, they will not support SDHC. I know, I have been scrambling to find and buy up all the 2 gig SD cards I can find for my Palm, Garmin, and Nikon. None of these will support SDHC.
