Not an awful lot available for the sum you have listed. As with MANY, I started as cheap as I could get. One finds they contuine to move up in tripods until they reach the right one. The bigger the lens, the better tripod is required. Many factors weigh in here. WEIGHT of camera & lens is I believe the most important factor to consider. The best camera in the world will be of NO use if it moves in the wind, or if it doesn't have a SOLID base to shoot from. 'REALLY THE RIGHT STUFF' makes an excellent product, and I am not connected with them in any way. The well known name starting with "G" was not available when I was looking and I was happy to find RTRS, all USA made. I also went cheap with a knock off Wimberly head-- bad choice. Get the REAL thing. Smooth as glass. The "SIDEKICK" has it's place as well. None of this is cheap, but if you are looking for better than adverse results, then you must pay the price. All this is JMHO, after a lot of trial and being not happy with the results.
