Experiencing yellow/green casts w/ a Pantone Huey? READ THIS

I bought a regular basic Pantone Huey monitor calibration system well over a year ago. Everytime I used it, no matter what light (or in pitch black) it made my screen look the exact same... yellowish green and very dull. I thought it was my laptops LCD because when I look at it turned off it seems to have a greenish coating on it.

ANYWAY. I never used it. So finally a few days ago I went onto the website to look into it, thinking maybe others had this problem and found solutions. I found a link in their Customer Support questions about a green/yellow cast. So i emailed them and they told me its been a popularly reported issue and that they would replace it free of charge, but that they were not shipping any Hueys at the moment... so I woulc have to settle for the better, more expensive Eye-One Display LT... free of charge.

SO if any of you are having this problem check it out! You might get a free upgrade that will actually work. Their customer service definitely deserves an A+.
