Description

I was lucky that conditions were almost identical for several nights in a row. Cloudy and rainy all day, and just as the sun began to set, it would peek through the clouds and illuminate everything briefly. One nice thing about Alaskan sunsets, in mid summer and mid winter, is that they last a long time, as the sun slowly sinks below the horizon at a long slow angle. I spent about 45 minutes, waiting for the clouds to clear, allowing the sun to illuminate the droplets on this blade of grass.
