From Lisbon (capital city) take the A5 motorway to Cascais. Once in Cascais, follow the road pointing to Guincho beach. After a couple of KM, a lighthgouse should be visible on the left side of the road, which means that right place, named Cape Raso, was found.
The Portuguese coast is very inspiring because it has plenty of astonishing secret spots. Cape Raso is one of those places. To get the best angles, it's important to get quite near the water and use the low tide. Usually, sunset provides the best light and mood.
