Brief Directions

Around 40 Kms N-NE from Arta town, as you heading towards Tzoumerka mountains (probably the most wild in Greece)you reach to the lowest part of the narrow road over the angry Arahthos river (crossing over an old Belley bridge)you find after a couple of Kms on the left the Plakas Bridge.

Description

I wanted to capture images of the Histrical Stone Bridge of Plakas (among the biggest in span and height old stone bridges in Europe). It was raining and fairly dificult to shoot standing on the river banks under the umbrella.A few shots were taken and this one was at 1/60sec ISO 160 and 35mm focal length.
