From Brackettville take FM674 North about 25 miles. he park entrance is on the left.
Call ahead for tours of the park's namesake cave. This is not a developed cavern. The park has about 20 miles of hiking trails. Ideal for mountain biking as well. I found this park to be a very quiet and isolated gem. We camped three nights. The last evening we had the park all to ourselves.
Kickapoo Cavern State Park covers approx. 6000 acres in Edwards and Kinney Counties. This area is referred to as "The Hill Country of Texas". Porous limestone dominates the regions geology and caves are abundant.
