In damp northern California, a person might never be bored with the weather; or the scenery. Thanks to 'micro-climates,' it can be cool, misty foggy, spitting, sunny, rainy, warm, even hot....all in the same day. As fog and mist roll in and out innumerable times during a twenty-four hour period, not only does the climate change, but the scenery does as well. This is an awesome treat for any photographer! In this picture, I was able to capture three shades of sky, with a small patch of sun shining on the wildflowers, bringing some vibrant color to an otherwise gray photo.
