Hiking just a day in between snow storms left Bryce powdery, bright and beautiful. Rarely did I even encounter another person on the trails. With winds and -4f temps the solitude was a photographers paradise. I couldn't believe I had the place to myself with all this magnificent scenery. Some of the harshest shooting conditions I'd ever encountered in and around this storm but some of the most beautiful, untouched snow laden landscapes I'd ever seen. At the end of the day, I found a diner and some coffee and all was well. I spend New Years Eve here watching the snow fall.
