- Description: Occasionally when I go out to shoot, I have something in my mind, an image I'm looking for and hoping to find. This was one of those days. I had waited for a snow storm, then headed out east. It was a "look" I was after, minimalistic, barren, and well, white. I loved the simplicity here, and couldn't have been more pleased when a flock of birds lifted off the ground just as I took the shot. I ended up with several shots I was happy with that day, all of them exactly what I had in mind when I left.
