• Brief Directions: Take the Parks Highway north from Anchorage. The Park entrance is 235 miles north. Wonder Lake camp ground is 85 miles back in the Park. Yoiu must take a camper bus to reach the lake.
• Best Season: Autumn
• Description: It was Labor Day weekend and early morning fog had settled over Wonder Lake.I was the only person by the lake with the exception of the grizzly on the point that I saw through the view finder as he walked away.It was very quiet and still. A spectular fall morning.
• Gear: Nikon D 300, Nikon 18-200 lens, Manfroto 190XProB tripod and 496 RC2 head
