- Description: This image was made during a snowstorm while I was skiing. I feel it captures the quiet that comes over a mountain when a heavy but windless snow sets in. I have been skiing several times hauling my photo backpack and tripod up the lifts. It gets complicated when I fall and have trouble getting up with the weight of my pack on. Very comical. It has resulted in some unique and award winning photographs though!
