- Description: Description: Early morning light during March in New England offers the opportunity to squint or "see" with one eye covered with awareness of the foreground but "seeing the forest for the trees" vision. Working aperture, depth of field and exposure manually allows the override of what it is our brain and camera processors tell us we are seeing. This, one of my Limbic series references the area of our brain that is said to modulate our emotions and memory. I don't know for sure, but for me the influence of what it is I see in your images and mine, is the huge memory bank of old age...only now beginning to make available these meditations for withdrawal.
