- Description: I had made a spur of the moment trip down to saguaro national park in the spring of 2010 since I had never been before. Spring seemed like the perfect time to go as the wildflowers were just beginning to pop all over the landscape. The western section of t he park is famous for this grouping of petroglyphs known as signal hill. There were heavy storms passing through which meant heavy winds and dust. I only spent an hour in what seemed like horrible light photographing the site. When I got home I was surprised to find that most of the frames I managed to get had nice blue skies and white puffy clouds. Without the sky, I would have been fairly disappointed.
