- Description: A desert area of rock pinnacles, windows and arches on the Colorado Plateau just north of Moab; and is 115 sq. miles. The mostly red-colored limestone has been eroded into unusual shapes, including Broken Arch, Delicate Arch, Devils Garden and Courthouse Towers; just to name a few.
