Print solution for professional photographers
Pittsburg, KS – Jamie Schultz of Jamie Schultz Photography attended WPPI this past March on a mission to find ‘the lab’ that could take care of the majority of her needs. Jamie, being a photographer, designer and mother of young children, was looking for a lab with an exceptional product line, a simple ordering interface and value pricing. Jamie didn’t find exactly what she was looking for…she found something better…a lab that was willing to listen and adapt to the needs of the single-staffed studio.
After WPPI, the Mpix team solicited the help of Jamie and several professional photographers in developing MpixPro. “It has been a pleasure working with Jamie and all of the talented photographers that provided the valuable feedback for the creation of MpixPro. Our goal was to create something special that would be relevant to professional photographers looking for more than Mpix, but not quite as much as Miller’s”, said Todd Coleman, President of Miller’s Professional Imaging. “I am confident that if professional photographers give MpixPro a try, they are going to be happy.”
Richard Miller, CEO, has experienced significant change in the photographic industry since assuming leadership from his father. “Investments in new technologies, building a second facility in Columbia, MO, and the creation of Mpix have all been in response to the changing needs of the market place. MpixPro is the next logical step to better serve the gap in the market between Mpix and Miller’s.”
MpixPro is a print solution for professional photographers who derive a percentage of their income from photography. As with Mpix, photographers are able to create professional quality photographic prints and press products, and experience our fast turnaround. (Most orders ship the same day.)
• Greater product selection! A product catalog almost twice the size of Mpix.
Mpix and MpixPro are divisions of Miller’s, Inc. Miller’s is the largest professional imaging lab in the country. MpixPro is based out of the company’s home office in Pittsburg, Kansas.
