This day I spent hours by myself wandering the Chimborazo Forest Park in Ecuador observing and photographing the wild vicuña, a type of alpaca. It was one of my most satisfying days of photography ever!

Mountain Goat Portrait

Mountain goat portrait. In bland light, their eyes are a dull black, but great light really brings out the amber color. The white spot reflected in the eye is a mound of snow. at pixel level, you can see the entire area reflected in her eye.
