I took alot of pictures of the cliffs and red rocks, but the sun was not cooperating. This picture of a cactus teeming with pollen,was probably my most enjoyable shot to set up.

I was shooting a neat little waterfall when I turned around and saw this beautiful setting with the red rocks and that sky in the backround. I always look behind me, it always amazes me how many great shots you see that you didn't expect.
Initially disappointed with our finding the Canyon socked in from a early winter storm, we stayed with it looking for moments of clearing. We were able to come away with some pretty good storm shots, which included this one.
