I spent 5 evenings on the beach in Carlsbad, California, shooting whatever wildlife and scenery I could find. These pelicans flying parallel to the horizon is one of my favorites.
A small collared lizard posing for me at Hovenweep National Monument. It stuck around for almost ten minutes while I took pictures. This was the best of the bunch, looking right at me with an inquisitive eye for me and my camera.
