Frost Falls

The morning light at Tower falls in Yellowstone NP lit up the tall stone spires in the background. Giving this photograph an interesting touch. The light snowfall graced the area, making for a strange mix of color temperatures.

Amazon Sunset

Twilight on Lake Sandoval in the Peruvian Amazon. The area is part of the Tambopata Reserve, the "Bio-Diversity" capital of the Americas. Access is on the Madre de Rios Dios, the "Mother of God River: that's a major southern tributary of the Amazon.

Past Sunset At Ke'e Beach

The wonderful Na Pali coast cliffs as seen from Ke'e Beach, the beginning of the gorgeous Kalalau Trail. This is shortly after sunset and I liked how the colors turned into subtle tones as soon as the sun disappeared behind the clouds on the horizon.

Milky Mono Lake

The vibrant milky way galactic stars shines over the mono lakes limestone tufa structures. Taken on a cold still clear night which enabled a brilliant reflection of tufa and stars in the water.
