we were walking this one mile trail out to the edge of this small penisula inbetween drakes bay and the light house. it was so amazing the when we looked to the east we saw this and when we looked to the west it was open raging ocean.

Along Highway 89A are these odd looking rocks with buildings attached. At one time this served as a little motel complex. It is deserted now. The structures are still in excellent shape however.
