• Description: Crossing the Puget Sound at Strait of Juan de Fuca from Victoria, B.C. to Port Angeles, Washington. This gull flew along with the auto ferry for the entire ride. Perfect light was achieved due to the bounce off of the white-washed ship acting as my bounce card! This was my favorite image out of hundreds as my 1D MKIII was shooting in rapid bursts to capture just the right moment and focus!
• Gear: Canon 1D MkIII 24-70mm f/2.8 and a white ship to act as my bounce card!
