  10. Beautiful photo. Almost feels like a different planet. Earth is a marvelous place.
  11. Awesome shot
  12. I love your picture.
  13. Why is the color of the clouds not reflected in the lake?
  14. Soloboogie Thank you for the inquiry; When photographing landscape images I use the HDR (high dynamic range) process. Typically most people that shoot HDR images only use 3 different exposures that are shot in rapid succession. My process combines five different exposures into one image that has a wider range of luminance than is possible with only one exposure. These five exposures are shot from a tripod over a thirty minute time frame. Combining the exposures while capturing a sunrise or sunset over a thirty minute time frame means the light and color in the clouds will significantly change. The amazing thing about this image is that the changes in the clouds make this the beautiful image that you see today. I have added a link to a web site that explores the background of HDR images and how to create your own. http://www.hdrsoft.com/resources/dri.html#dr Thank you for your support and votes in this completion. Laura
  15. Good composition and a well-conceived image, but for me I find the combination of colors unpleasant for lack of a better word. Obviously I'm in the distinct minority here.
  16. Clem maybe your monitor is not profiled corretly. On my monitor it's perfect.
  17. Love your work were can I see more?
  18. Solaugy thank you for your comment. Some of my other images can be viewed at www.3photobugs.com
  19. Great job on capturing the colors God puts in creation for us to see and enjoy. I hope to learn how to work with hdr someday. You have my vote.

  21. WOW!Very nice shot!
  22. beautiful photo looks like a fantasy place
  23. Laura... The version of this photo on your web site is a lot different then this version. It appears you altered the clouds to make it appear to be a sunset photo? I like the orginal version on the web site better!
  24. I do like this shot. The colors are great. It is definitely a place I would like to photograph myself.
  25. I don't know what web site your looking at but this is a link to my web site with my Lake Moraine SUNRISE!
  26. Beautiful shot.
  27. i lve the colors
  28. beautiful shot
  29. Laura I love the image, but one thing that confuses me about it is that you said you took 5 shots within a half an hour. Now my experience with HDR and landscapes is that any movement in the frame would cause blurring or "ghosting" and I do not see any type of ghosting in the trees or even in cloud movement. How did you achieve this? Best of luck
  30. Great shot. Love the reflection...
  31. GREAT SHOT, I FOUND MYSELF GOING BACK AND LOOKING AT IT SEVERAL TIMES.
  32. beautiful shot... wish i were there
