- Description: This was a wild fox on a trail out of Roche Harbor where we had our boat on summer vacation. A local man fed the eagles at Westcott bay road and I was waiting and this fox and other came out of the woods to wait for the arrival of the snacks. The eagles and fox and also a couple feral cats joined in the feast. The cats actually live with the foxes I have been told. I have pictures of the whole scene but this was my favorite as he sat 20 feet from me for quite a while grooming in the sun..I didn't even know we had black fox's, only have seen red..so this was a treat.
